we need consistent amounts of sleep

Reflection: I’ve been doing some reading on the connection between high performance and sleep. I confess that I’ve been a high performer on low sleep, but that has to change. The research is clear. We need consistent amounts of sleep. Our temple appreciates being well cared for and there are multiple benefits to re-charging our batteries. Whenever I have an opportunity to take a nap or get at least eight hours of sleep, or sometimes much more, I thank Our Creator, first and foremost. the importance of getting back on track

Greetings, Good People! I was reminded today of the importance of getting back on track. My energy level was lower than usual, so I spent an hour preparing my juices. Making sure I can reach into the freezer and pull out a bag when I need one, ensures that 1) I will eat right and 2) I won’t eat as much junk food.
